Summer isn’t exactly soup season, but that doesn’t stop us from eating it every so often. I was browsing through the Food Network Magazine when I came across the Moroccan Meatball Soup. In our house we eat a ton of sweet potatoes. Whole, diced, cut into fries. Why not spiralized? We’ve seen plenty of recipes for zoodles, so I bought a spiralizer and I found myself sticking a sweet potato on the thing first. They turned out great! Using this was the easiest ever.
