  1. Cook blueberries on medium high in a small pot until bubbly. Smush with a fork or masher. Stir in coconut sugar and chia seeds. Take off heat. Bring to room temperature and store in an airtight container in your fridge 4-5 days. Enjoy smothered on a piece of toast!
