This avocado caprese salad is delicious and ridiculously easy. It’s hard to write a blog about something so easy. It’s a different take on the traditional caprese and makes the perfect summer lunch. Years ago, I was watching Oprah and she was raving about this turkey burger she tried. She said it was the best burger she’d had and even shared the recipe. I immediately downloaded it and I’ve been making it ever since. But, there were quite a few ingredients in it.
