Carrots
Scrubbed or Peeled, Cut into 3 inch pieces
1/2
Cup
Water

teaspoon
butter

Sprigs
fresh thyme
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a pan over high heat. Cook until all the water has evaporated then remove from heat. Serve.
