Banana Kale Smoothie

Banana Kale Smoothie

Follow Me! Banana kale smoothies have become a staple at our house.  Kale has been the it green for the last few years and for good reason.  It packs twice the vitamin-C as spinach. The problem?  Most people just can’t stomach it.  It’s kinda bitter right?  The best and easiest way to get our leafy greens is in a smoothie.  And we can hide the bitter flavor with other things like bananas. Pour your can of coconut milk in a small saucepan.  The coconut milk separates so it’s...

If you don’t have pecans, use walnuts!  If you don’t have pumpkin seeds, use something else.  Get my drift?  This recipe is hard to screw up....
