Chocolate energy bites, flax energy bites, pumpkin energy bites. Seems like there’s so many these days. Well, they’re everywhere for 3 reasons. They’re healthy They’re easy They are sooooo tasty. I found this recipe for lime coconut no bake energy bites from Oprah.com that are refreshingly different. The only thing I changed was substituting almond milk for coconut milk. They’re a great protein snack for summertime. I’ve been snacking on these things for a week and they fill me up....
