Clean Nutty Granola
This homemade granola is all clean and gluten free. Goes well with greek yogurt and a little honey for breakfast!

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine coconut sugar with water. Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Turn off heat, add coconut oil and stir until oil has melted. Add sugar and oil mixture to the bowl along with vanilla. Mix to combine well. Press into baking sheet.
  3. Bake 45 minutes, then use a spatula and turn to mix. Try not to break the big chunky pieces. Bake for another 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Enjoy!
