Melt butter in a nonstick pan over medium low heat. Add beaten eggs. Add a pinch of salt and turn over constantly scraping the entire pan until 80% done. Stir in 1 teaspoon off parmesan.
Take off heat. Stir in avocado and plate. Eggs will continue to cook on the plate. Top with remaining parmesan, freshly ground black pepper and a drizzle of Sriracha.
